пра́ведника наста́вь,

[righteous, the righteous man] наставь,

он позна́ния приумно́жит.

he knowledge [it will multiply, will increase].

Give instruction to a wise man,
and he will be yet wiser:
teach a just man,
and he will increase in learning.
