Провещевать

4 И испо́лнились все Ду́ха Свято́го,

4 And [fulfill, fulfilled] [all, any, every, everybody, everyone] Spirit [Saint, Holy],

и на́чали говори́ть на ины́х языка́х,

and started [to speak, to talk] [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [another, other] [languages, tongues],

как Дух дава́л им провещевать.

[how, what, as, like (comparison)] Spirit [gave, he gave, provided] [it, them] провещевать.

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost,
and began to speak with other tongues,
as the Spirit gave them utterance.
