29 Тогда́ тотчас отступи́ли от него́ хотевшие пытать его́.
29 Then immediately [retreated, they retreated] from him хотевшие пытать [his, him, it].
А тысяченача́льник,
[While, And, But] [chief of the thousand, the thousand commander],
узна́в,
[having found out, having learned, learned, perceived],
что он Ри́мский граждани́н,
[what, that, why] he Roman citizen,
испуга́лся,
scared,
что связа́л его́.
[what, that, why] [bind, linked, tied] [his, him, it]. |
Then straightway they departed from him which should have examined him:
