24 Торжеству́ет оте́ц пра́ведника,
24 Triumphs father [righteous, the righteous man],
и роди́вший му́дрого ра́дуется о нем.
and [having given birth, who gave birth] wise rejoices about [dumb, him, mute, speechless]. |
The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice:
