18 И́стинно говорю́ вам:
18 [Truly, Verily] [i am talking, say, talking, tell] [to you, ye, you]:
что вы свяжете на земле́,
[what, that, why] [ye, you] свяжете [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [earth, ground, land, world],
то бу́дет свя́зано на не́бе;
that [will be, would be] connected [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [heaven, sky];
и что разреши́те на земле́,
and [what, that, why] [allow, allow me, enable, let] [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [earth, ground, land, world],
то бу́дет разрешено́ на не́бе.

Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Matthew 18:18 ESV
