20 [So, Therefore],

е́сли враг твой го́лоден,

[if, a, when, unless] enemy your [famished, hungry, starving],

накорми его́;

накорми [his, him, it];

е́сли жа́ждет,

[if, a, when, unless] [covet, crave, thirst, thirsts],

напой его́:

напой [his, him, it]:

и́бо,

[for, because],

де́лая сие́,

[doing, making] this,

ты соберешь ему́ на го́лову горя́щие уголья.

you соберешь [him, it, to him] [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] head [burn, burning, fire, last minute] уголья.

Therefore if thine enemy hunger,
feed him;
if he thirst,
give him drink:
for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
