14 При недоста́тке попече́ния па́дает наро́д,
14 [At, In] [disadvantage, the disadvantage] [cares, custody] [falling, falls] [crowd, nation, people],
а при мно́гих советниках благоде́нствует.
[while, and, but] [at, in] [many, most] advisors [prospering, thriving]. |
Where no counsel is,
