3 Э́ти цари́ объединили си́лы в доли́не Сиддим (где тепе́рь Соленое мо́ре ).).

3 These kings объединили [forces, power, strength] [at, in, of, on] [the valley, valley] Siddim ([somewhere, where, wherever] now Соленое [sea, water] ).).

And all these joined forces in the Valley of Siddim (that is,
the Salt Sea).
