в Мамре,

то есть Хевро́н где странствовал Авраа́м и Исаа́к.

that [there are, there is] Hebron [somewhere, where, wherever] странствовал Abraham and Isaac.

And Jacob came to his father Isaac at Mamre,

where Abraham and Isaac had sojourned.
