18 Предприя́тия получа́ют твердость чрез совеща́ние,

18 Enterprises [get, receive, they get] hardness through [council, counsel, meeting],

и по совеща́нии ве́ди войну́.

and [along, by, in, on, to, unto] [at the meeting, the meeting] [lead, lead the way] (the war).
