23 [but, yet] [behold, here, there],

по́сле них вы́росло семь колосьев тонких,

[after, beyond] [them, they] [grew up, has grown] seven [corn, ears of corn] thin,

тощих и иссу́шенных восто́чным ве́тром;

[lean, skinny, thin] and [dried up, withered] [east, eastern] (blown by the wind);

Seven ears,
withered,
thin,
and blighted by the east wind,
sprouted after them,
