3 Бра́тьев же посла́л я для того́,

3 [Brethren, Brothers] [but, same, then] sent i for that,

что́бы похвала́ моя́ о вас не оказа́лась тщетною в сём слу́чае,

[to, so that, in order to, because of] praise my about you [never, not] (turned out) тщетною [at, in, of, on] [this, same] [case, occasion],

но что́бы вы,

[but, yet] [to, so that, in order to, because of] [ye, you],

как я говори́л,

[how, what, as, like (comparison)] i spoke,

бы́ли приготовлены,

[been, has been, were] приготовлены,

Yet have I sent the brethren,
lest our boasting of you should be in vain in this behalf;
that,
as I said,
ye may be ready:
