24 Пила́т,  
24 Pilate,  
ви́дя,  
[saw, seeing],  
что́ ничто́ не помога́ет,  
[what, that, why] [none, nothing] [never, not] helps,  
но смяте́ние увеличивается,  
[but, yet] confusion (it is increasing),  
взял воды и умы́л руки пе́ред наро́дом,  
took [lake, water, waters] and washed [arms, hand, hands] before people,  
и сказа́л:  
and [he said, said, saith, say, saying, tell]:  
невино́вен я в крови Пра́ведника Сего́;  
невиновен i [at, in, of, on] [blood, bleed] [Righteous, The Righteous Man] (With His);  
смотрите вы.

So when Pilate saw that he was gaining nothing,  but rather that a riot was beginning, he took water and washed his hands before the crowd, saying, “I am innocent of this man's blood; see to it yourselves.” Matthew 27:24 ESV
