приня́в пищи,
(having accepted) [food, meat, nutrition],
укрепился.

И был Савл не́сколько дней с ученика́ми в Дама́ске.
And [be, to be, was, were] Saul [a few, not many, several, some, somewhat] days [and, from, in, of, with] [disciples, pupils] [at, in, of, on] Damascus. |
And when he had received meat,
