John 19:23 RUSV
23 Во́ины же,
23 [Soldiers, Warriors] [but, same, then],
когда́ распя́ли Иису́са,
when crucified Jesus,
взя́ли оде́жды Его́ и раздели́ли на четы́ре ча́сти,
[have taken, they took it, took] [clothes, coats, tunics] [His, Him, It] and divided [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] four [parts, piece, portion],
ка́ждому во́ину по ча́сти,
[any one, each, to each] warrior [along, by, in, on, to, unto] [parts, piece, portion],
и хито́н;
and tunic;
хито́н же был не сши́тый,
tunic [but, same, then] [be, to be, was, were] [never, not] [sewn, stitched],
а весь тка́ный све́рху.
[while, and, but] [all, entire, everything, the whole, whole] woven (from above). |
When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they took his garments and divided them into four parts, one part for each soldier; also his tunic. But the tunic was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom, John 19:23 ESV
Then the soldiers,
when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. John 19:23 KJV |
