20 И́род был раздражен на Тиря́н и Сидоня́н;
20 Herod [be, to be, was, were] annoyed [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] Tyre and Sidon;
они́ же,
[they, they are] [but, same, then],
согласившись,
agreeing,
пришли́ к нему́ и,
came [to, for, by] [him, his] and,
склони́в на свою́ сто́рону Вла́ста,
bowing [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [its, my, thy, your] side Власта,
посте́льника ца́рского,
[bed linen, the bedkeeper] [the royal, tsar's],
проси́ли ми́ра,
[appealed, asked, begged, besought, pleaded, they asked] [of the world, peace, world],
потому́ что́ о́бласть их пита́лась от о́бласти ца́рской.
[because, that is why, therefore] [what, that, why] [area, oblast, region] [them, their] [ate, i ate] [by, from, of] [areas, regions] царской. |
And Herod was highly displeased with them of Tyre and Sidon:
but they came with one accord to him, and, having made Blastus the king's chamberlain their friend, desired peace; because their country was nourished by the king's country. Acts 12:20 KJV |
