48 Уви́дев,
48 [Having Seen, Saw, Seeing, Seen],
что́ им прихо́дится нелегко́,
[what, that, why] [it, them] [i have to, it is necessary] (it is not easy),
так как дул встре́чный ве́тер,

Он о́коло четвёртой стра́жи но́чи,

потому́ что́ ве́тер им был проти́вный;

о́коло же четвёртой стра́жи но́чи подошёл к ним,
