Acts 17:18 RUSV
18 Не́которые из эпикурейских и стоических философов ста́ли спо́рить с ним;
18 Some [from, in, of, out] эпикурейских and стоических философов [be, become, get] [argue, debate, disagree] [and, from, in, of, with] him;
и одни́ говори́ли:
and alone [they said, we talked]:
«что хо́чет сказа́ть э́тот суеслов?»,
«[what, that, why] wants [say, speak, tell, to say, to tell] this суеслов?»,
а други́е:
[while, and, but] [other, others]:
«ка́жется,
«[appear, it seems, seems],
он пропове́дует о чужи́х божествах»,
he preaches about [aliens, foreigners, strangers] божествах»,
потому́ что он благовествова́л им Иису́са и воскресе́ние.
[because, that is why, therefore] [what, that, why] he [evangelized, preached] [it, them] Jesus and [sunday, resurrection]. |
Then certain philosophers of the Epicureans,
and of the Stoicks, encountered him. And some said, What will this babbler say? other some, He seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods: because he preached unto them Jesus, and the resurrection. Acts 17:18 KJV |
