Acts 25:16 RUSV
16 Я отвеча́л им,
16 I answered [it, them],
что́ у Ри́млян нет обыкнове́ния выдава́ть какого-нибудь челове́ка на смерть,
[what, that, why] [at, by, with, of] [Romans, The Romans] [no, not] customs [issue, betray, extradite] [any, some kind of] human [at, by, in, into, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [death, dying],
пре́жде не́жели обвиня́емый бу́дет име́ть обвини́телей на лицо́ и полу́чит свобо́ду защища́ться про́тив обвине́ния.
before (rather than) [the accused, the defendant] [will be, would be] [have, to have] [prosecutors, the accusers] [at, by, in, into, it, on the, to, toward, upon] face and [receive, will receive] [freedom, liberty] [defend, defend yourself, to defend oneself] against [accusations, charges, complaints, the charges]. |
To whom I answered,
It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die, before that he which is accused have the accusers face to face, and have licence to answer for himself concerning the crime laid against him. Acts 25:16 KJV |
