6 И возврати́лись вестники к Иа́кову и сказа́ли:

6 And [came back, returned] вестники [to, for, by] [Jacob, James, To Jacob] and [said, say, tell, they said]:

мы ходи́ли к бра́ту твоему́ Иса́ву;

[we, we are] went [to, for, by] brother yours Esau;

он идёт навстре́чу тебе́,

he goes towards [thee, you],

и с ним четы́реста челове́к.

and [and, from, in, of, with] him (four hundred) [man, human, person].

And the messengers returned to Jacob,
saying,
“We came to your brother Esau,
and he is coming to meet you,
and there are four hundred men with him.”
