Proverbs 11:11 RUSV
11 Благослове́нием пра́ведных возвышается го́род,
11 [A Blessing, Blessing] [godly, righteous, the righteous] (rising up) [city, town],
а уста́ми нечести́вых разрушается.
[while, and, but] [by mouth, lips, with your lips] [the wicked, wicked] разрушается. |
By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted:
