12 Скудоумный выска́зывает презре́ние к бли́жнему своему́;
12 Скудоумный expresses [contempt, despiseth] [to, for, by] [neighbor, neighbour, to the nearest, to the neighbor] [to his, your own];
но разу́мный челове́к молчи́т.
[but, yet] reasonable [man, human, person] [keeps silent, silent]. |
He that is void of wisdom despiseth his neighbour:
