7 И все,

7 And [all, any, every, everybody, everyone],

ви́дя то,

[saw, seeing] that,

на́чали ропта́ть,

started [grumble, murmur],

и говори́ли,

and [they said, we talked],

что Он зашёл к гре́шному челове́ку;

[what, that, why] He (i went) [to, for, by] [a sinner, sinner] (to a person);

And when they saw it,
they all grumbled,
“He has gone in to be the guest of a man who is a sinner.”
