7 Потому́ что ни́щие всегда́ с ва́ми,
7 [Because, That Is Why, Therefore] [what, that, why] [beggars, poor] [always, is always] [and, from, in, of, with] you,
и вы мо́жете де́лать им добро́,

когда́ захоти́те,

а Я не всегда́ бу́ду с ва́ми.
