Genesis 3:7 NRT

7 Их глаза откры́лись,

Он подошёл посмотре́ть,

нет ли на нем плодо́в,

но не нашёл ничего́,

кро́ме ли́стьев.

[but, except, besides] leaves.

Вре́мя же для сбо́ра инжира ещё не пришло́.

And seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf,
he went to see if he could find anything on it.
When he came to it,
he found nothing but leaves,
for it was not the season for figs.
