 Acts 4:21 RUSV
21 [They, They Are] [but, same, then],
released [them, their],
[never, not] finding capabilities punish [them, their],
по причи́не наро́да;
[along, by, in, on, to, unto] [cause, reason] [people, the people];
[because, that is why, therefore] [what, that, why] [all, any, every, everybody, everyone] glorified God [after, around, at, behind, over] (what happened).

So when they had further threatened them,
they let them go,
finding nothing how they might punish them,
because of the people:
for all men glorified God for that which was done.
Acts 4:21 KJV

 2 Corinthians 10:6 RUSV
6 And [ready, prepared] punish [anything, everyone, everything]
when [your, yours] послушание [come true, will be fulfilled].

And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience,
when your obedience is fulfilled.
