Luke 12:58 RUSV
58 When you [go, goest, you go] [and, from, in, of, with] [a rival, accuser, adversary, rival] [his, mine, your] [to, for, by] [authorities, magistrate, to the authorities],
that [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [path, road] [try, try hard, try your best] [free yourself, get free] from him,
[to, so that, in order to, because of] he [never, not] [brought, took] you [to, for, by] [judge, magistrate, referee, umpire],
[while, and, but] [judge, referee] [never, not] gave you [the torturer, to the torturer],
[while, and, but] [the torturer, torturer] [never, not] [cast, plunge, push] you [at, in, of, on] [dungeon, prison]. |
As you go with your accuser before the magistrate, make an effort to settle with him on the way, lest he drag you to the judge, and the judge hand you over to the officer, and the officer put you in prison. Luke 12:58 ESV
When thou goest with thine adversary to the magistrate,
as thou art in the way, give diligence that thou mayest be delivered from him; lest he hale thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and the officer cast thee into prison. Luke 12:58 KJV |
Luke 20:20 RUSV
20 И,
20 And,
watching [after, around, at, behind, over] Him,
[sent, they sent me] [crafty, evil ones] [human, of people, people],
[which, who],
[pretended, pretending, pretending to be] [devout, godly, holy, pious, righteous],
[caught, got it] would [His, Him, It] [at, in, of, on] [any, any kind of, in any way] [word, speech],
[to, so that, in order to, because of] betray [His, Him, It] [authorities, magistrate, to the authorities] and authorities [ruler, the ruler]. |
So they watched him and sent spies, who pretended to be sincere, that they might catch him in something he said, so as to deliver him up to the authority and jurisdiction of the governor. Luke 20:20 ESV
And they watched him,
and sent forth spies, which should feign themselves just men, that they might take hold of his words, that so they might deliver him unto the power and authority of the governor. Luke 20:20 KJV |
