23 И ты,
23 And you,
Капернау́м,
Capernaum,
до не́ба вознёсшийся,
[before, until] [heaven, sky] [ascended, exalted, risen],
до а́да низве́ргнешься,
[before, until] [gehenna, hades, hell, inferno] [fall down, you will fall, you will fall down],
и́бо е́сли бы в Содо́ме я́влены бы́ли си́лы,
[for, because] [if, a, when, unless] would [at, in, of, on] Sodom revealed [been, has been, were] [forces, power, strength],
явленные в тебе́,
revealed [at, in, of, on] [thee, you],
то он остава́лся бы до сего́ дня;
that he [stayed, remained] would [before, until] (with his) [days, of the day]; |
And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? You will be brought down to Hades. For if the mighty works done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. Matthew 11:23 ESV
And thou,
