32 –Я умира́ю от го́лода,

32 –I (i am dying) from [famine, hunger, starvation],

–сказа́л Иса́в.

–[he said, said, say, saying, tell] Esau.

–Кака́я мне по́льза в первородстве?

–[Which, What] [me, to me] benefit [at, in, of, on] первородстве?

Esau said,
“I am about to die;
of what use is a birthright to me?”

Behold,
I am at the point to die:
and what profit shall this birthright do to me?
