8 Му́дрый се́рдцем внима́ет повеле́ниям,

8 Wise [heart, with my heart] [he listens, listens] повелениям,

а глупца́ болтливого ждёт крушение.

[while, and, but] [fool, the fool] [chatty, talkative, the chatty one] waiting [accident, crash, ruin, the crash].

The wise in heart will receive commandments:
