30 Что и сде́лали,

30 [What, That, Why] and made,

посла́в собранное к пресвитерам чрез Варна́ву и Са́вла.

[by sending, having sent, sending, sent] собранное [to, for, by] пресвитерам through Barnabas and Saul.

Which also they did,
and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.

2 Когда́ же произошло́ разногласие и нема́лое состязание у Па́вла и Варнавы с ни́ми,

2 When [but, same, then] happened разногласие and [not a small one, quite a lot] состязание [at, by, with, of] [Paul, Paul's] and Варнавы [and, from, in, of, with] them,

то положи́ли Па́влу и Варна́ве и не́которым други́м из них отпра́виться по сёму делу к Апо́столам и пресвитерам в Иерусали́м.

that put [Pavel, To Pavel] and Barnabas and [for some, some] other [from, in, of, out] [them, they] [go, start] [along, by, in, on, to, unto] this делу [to, for, by] [Apostles, To The Apostles] and пресвитерам [at, in, of, on] Jerusalem.

When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them,
they determined that Paul and Barnabas,
and certain other of them,
should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.
