Matthew 9:16 RUSV
16 И никто́ к ве́тхой оде́жде не приставля́ет запла́ты из небелёной тка́ни,
16 And [no one, nobody] [to, for, by] [decrepit, dilapidated] clothes [never, not] [presents, puts] [patches, pieces] [from, in, of, out] [unbleached, unshrunk] [clothes, cloths, fabrics],
и́бо вновь приши́тое отдерёт от ста́рого,
[for, because] again (sewn on) [he will take it away, will pull it off] from [old, the old one],
и дыра́ бу́дет ещё ху́же.
and hole [will be, would be] [again, also, another, even, further, more] worse. |
No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch tears away from the garment, and a worse tear is made. Matthew 9:16 ESV
No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment,
for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse. Matthew 9:16 KJV |
