Proverbs 29:2 RUSV
2 Когда́ умножа́ются пра́ведники,
2 When (they multiply) [righteous, the righteous],
весели́тся наро́д,
[fun, have fun, having fun] [crowd, nation, people],
а когда́ госпо́дствует нечести́вый,
[while, and, but] when dominates [the wicked one, unholy, wicked],
наро́д стена́ет.
[crowd, nation, people] [groans, he groans, moans]. |
When the righteous are in authority,

22 И́бо зна́ем,

что́ вся тварь совокупно стена́ет и мучится доны́не;
[what, that, why] [all, whole] [creation, creature] совокупно [groans, he groans, moans] and мучится [now, until now]; |
For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
