Genesis 15:5 RUSV
5 И вы́вел его́ вон и сказа́л:
5 And (brought out) [his, him, it] out and [he said, said, say, saying, tell]:
посмотри́ на не́бо и сосчитай звезды,
look [at, by, in, it, on the, to, toward, upon] [heaven, heavens, sky] and сосчитай stars,
е́сли ты мо́жешь счесть их.
[if, a, when, unless] you [can, be able to] [consider, count] [them, their].
И сказа́л ему́:
And [he said, said, say, saying, tell] [him, it, to him]:
сто́лько бу́дет у тебя́ потомков.
[many, much, multitude, so many, so much] [will be, would be] [at, by, with, of] you потомков. |
And he brought him outside and said, “Look toward heaven, and number the stars, if you are able to number them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” Genesis 15:5 ESV
And he brought him forth abroad,
and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. Genesis 15:5 KJV |

Genesis 16:10 RUSV
10 И сказа́л ей А́нгел Госпо́день:
10 And [he said, said, say, saying, tell] her Angel [Jehovah, Lord's]:
умножа́я умно́жу пото́мство твоё,
multiplying [i will multiply, multiply] offspring [thy, your],
так что нельзя́ бу́дет и счесть его́ от мно́жества.
so [what, that, why] [forbidden, it is forbidden, must not] [will be, would be] and [consider, count] [his, him, it] from [sets, multitude, plenty, plethora, many]. |
The angel of the Lord also said to her, “I will surely multiply your offspring so that they cannot be numbered for multitude.” Genesis 16:10 ESV
