2 Бо́жья сла́ва –– окутывать де́ло тайной,

сла́ва царя́ –– иссле́довать де́ло.

[glory, fame] king –– [explore, investigate, research] [affair, business].

It is the glory of God to conceal a thing:
but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.
