31 Това́рищи его́,
31 [Comrades, Partners] [his, him, it],
видев происше́дшее,
[having seen, seeing, seen] (what happened),
о́чень огорчи́лись и,
[greatly, highly, very] [are you upset, upset, were upset] and,
придя,
[came, coming],
рассказа́ли государю своему́ все бы́вшее.
