12 и́бо,
12 [for, because],
кто возвыша́ет себя́,
who [elevates, exalt, exalts] [itself, myself, yourself],
тот уни́жен бу́дет,
that humiliated [will be, would be],
а кто унижает себя́,
[while, and, but] who унижает [itself, myself, yourself],
тот возвы́сится.
