3 На вся́ком ме́сте о́чи Госпо́дни:
3 [At, By, In, It, On The, To, Toward, Upon] [anything, anyway, everyone, to everyone] location eyes [Lord, Lord's]:
они́ ви́дят злых и до́брых.

тот да разуме́ет,
