—— сказа́л он,

—— [he said, said, say, saying, tell] he,

—— я не безумствую,

—— i [never, not] безумствую,

но говорю́ слова и́стины и здравого смы́сла.

[but, yet] [i am talking, say, talking, tell] [speech, the words, word, words] [truth, truths] and здравого [meaning, significance].

I am not mad,
