Proverbs 17:3 RUSV
3 Плавильня —— для серебра́,
3 Плавильня —— for silver,
и горнило —— для зо́лота,
and горнило —— for gold,
а сердца испы́тывает Госпо́дь.
[while, and, but] [heart, hearts, very heart] [experiences, experiencing] Lord. |
The fining pot is for silver,

28 Да испы́тывает же себя́ челове́к,
28 Yes [experiences, experiencing] [but, same, then] [itself, myself, yourself] [man, human, person],
и таки́м о́бразом пусть ест от хлеба сего́ и пьёт из ча́ши сей.
and so [in a manner, lifestyle, way] let [eating, eats] from [bread, of bread] (with his) and [drinking, drinks] [from, in, of, out] [bowls, cups] this. |
But let a man examine himself,
