собра́в их,

[collected, collecting, gathered, having collected] [them, their],

Он повеле́л им:

He [commanded, commandment] [it, them]:

не отлучайтесь из Иерусали́ма,

[never, not] отлучайтесь [from, in, of, out] Jerusalem,

но жди́те обещанного от Отца́,

[but, yet] wait обещанного from [Father, The Father],

о чём вы слы́шали от Меня́,

about [how, than, what, whence, which, why] [ye, you] [have you heard, heard] from [I, Me, Self],

And,
being assembled together with them,
commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem,
but wait for the promise of the Father,
which,
saith he,
ye have heard of me.
