14 При недоста́тке попече́ния па́дает наро́д,
14 [At, In] [disadvantage, the disadvantage] [cares, custody] [falling, falls] [crowd, nation, people],
а при мно́гих советниках благоденствует.
[while, and, but] [at, in] [many, most] советниках благоденствует. |
Where no counsel is,

14 Но облекитесь в Господа на́шего Иису́са Христа́,
14 [But, Yet] облекитесь [at, in, of, on] Lord our Jesus Christ,
и попече́ния о плоти не превращайте в по́хоти.
and [cares, custody] about flesh [never, not] превращайте [at, in, of, on] lust. |

о тех бо́лее прилагаем попече́ния;
