27 Темничный же страж,

27 Темничный [but, same, then] [guardian, keeper, the guardian],

пробуди́вшись и уви́дев,

[awake, awakening] and [having seen, saw, seeing, seen],

что две́ри темни́цы отворены,

[what, that, why] [door, doors] [dungeons, prison, prisons] отворены,

извлёк меч и хоте́л умертви́ть себя́,

[extracted, retrieved, restored, revealed] sword and [he wanted, wanted] [kill, slay, to kill] [itself, myself, yourself],

ду́мая,

thinking,

что у́зники убежа́ли.

[what, that, why] prisoners [fled, ran, they ran away].

And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep,
and seeing the prison doors open,
he drew out his sword,
and would have killed himself,
supposing that the prisoners had been fled.

воево́ды присла́ли отпусти́ть вас;

воеводы [sent, they sent it] [let go, release] you;

ита́к вы́йдите тепе́рь и иди́те с ми́ром.

[so, therefore] [get out, go away] now and [come, go, go ahead] [and, from, in, of, with] [peace, the world].

And the keeper of the prison told this saying to Paul,
The magistrates have sent to let you go:
now therefore depart,
and go in peace.
