Proverbs 28:28 RUSV
28 Когда́ возвышаются нечести́вые,
28 When (rise up) [the unholy, the wicked, unholy, wicked],
лю́ди укрыва́ются,
people (they are taking cover),
а когда́ они́ па́дают,
[while, and, but] when [they, they are] [are falling, fall, falling],
умножа́ются пра́ведники.
(they multiply) [righteous, the righteous]. |
When the wicked rise,

весели́тся наро́д,
[fun, have fun, having fun] [crowd, nation, people],
а когда́ госпо́дствует нечести́вый,
[while, and, but] when dominates [the wicked one, unholy, wicked],
наро́д стена́ет.
[crowd, nation, people] [groans, he groans, moans]. |
When the righteous are in authority,
