Proverbs 28:28 RUSV
28 Когда́ возвышаются нечести́вые,
28 When (rise up) [the unholy, the wicked, unholy, wicked],
лю́ди укрыва́ются,
people (they are taking cover),
а когда́ они́ па́дают,
[while, and, but] when [they, they are] [are falling, fall, falling],
умножа́ются пра́ведники.
(they multiply) [righteous, the righteous]. |
When the wicked rise,

[Lord, God],

–но ведь и соба́чки едя́т кро́шки,
–[but, yet] [because, after all, indeed] and dogs [are eating, eating] crumbs,
кото́рые па́дают со стола́ хозяев.
