21 He [escape, fled, he ran, outrun] [after, with] [everyone, to everyone] [his, mine, your] property and,

перейдя ре́ку,

перейдя [river, the river],

напра́вился к наго́рьям Галаада.

headed [to, for, by] [highland, uplands] Галаада.

He fled with all that he had and arose and crossed the Euphrates,
