13 Я полага́ю радугу Мою в о́блаке,

13 I [i guess, i dare say, i suppose] радугу [My, Mine] [at, in, of, on] [cloud, the cloud],

чтоб она́ была́ знамением заве́та ме́жду Мно́ю и ме́жду землёю.
