3 ита́к все,

3 [now then, so, therefore, wherefore] [all, every],

что́ они́ веля́т вам соблюда́ть,

[what, that, why] [they, they are] [tell, they say, they tell] [to you, ye, you] [comply with, keep, observe],

соблюдайте и де́лайте;

observe and [do, do it];

по дела́м же их не поступа́йте,

[along, by, in, on, to, unto] business [but, same, then] [them, their] [never, not] [go ahead, proceed],

и́бо они́ говоря́т,

[for, because] [they, they are] [say, they say],

и не де́лают:

and [never, not] [are doing, do, doing, make]:

so do and observe whatever they tell you,
but not the works they do.
For they preach,
but do not practice.
