3 а на рассве́те,
3 [while, and, but] [on the, it, at, to, in, by] [at dawn, dawn],
е́сли не́бо заволокло багро́выми тучами,
[if, a, when, unless] [heaven, heavens, sky] заволокло [crimson, red] тучами,
вы говори́те:
[ye, you] [say, speak]:
«Бу́дет буря».
«[Will Be, Would Be] [storm, the storm]».
Вы зна́ете,

что означа́ют приметы не́ба,
[what, that, why] [mean, they mean] signs [heaven, sky],
а истолковать знаков вре́мени не мо́жете.

And in the morning,
‘It will be stormy today,
for the sky is red and threatening.’
You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky,
but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.
