9 And [grieved, saddened] king,

ра́ди кля́твы и возлежа́щих с ним,
(for the sake of) [oaths, sworn, vows] and reclining [and, from, in, of, with] him,
повеле́л дать ей,
[commanded, commandment] [give, to give] her, |
And the king was sorry, but because of his oaths and his guests he commanded it to be given. Matthew 14:9 ESV
